Your initial treatment is just the beginning of Hone’s personalized health roadmap, designed specifically for your body using the latest health science. As you make progress, you’ll be amazed by what’s possible, and we’ll be there every step of the way with regular check-ins and adjustments to optimize your treatment.
You’ll complete a new 50-biomarker blood test on a quarterly basis to help adjust and optimize your treatment, monitoring health signals, maximizing results, and limiting side effects, based on your priorities and preferences.
You’ll also meet live online with your dedicated physician to review progress, discuss opportunities, adjust treatments and update personalized action plans.
As you advance in your treatment and make progress on your action plan, you’ll have access to Hone’s wide assortment of prescription medications and supplements, providing the most personalized and effective treatment for you, adjusting as your body adapts and reacts to your protocols.
Beyond medication and supplement treatments, your physician will recommend an action plan to improve essential health behaviors around diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and more, all based on your priorities, preferences and health data.

Each Hone-branded medical practice is owned and operated by a licensed physician. There is no single provider of medical care called “Hone”. Each Hone-branded practice engages a network of United States-based clinicians who provide clinical telehealth services. The clinicians deliver clinical services via the Hone platform to their patients. Hone does not provide medical advice or care, own or operate the medical practices, employ or in any way supervise the clinicians providing medical care, and control over the care provided is the sole responsibility of the independent medical practices and the clinicians they employ. Services and practices may vary across clinicians, and patients should contact the clinicians at Broad Health, P.C., directly for all questions concerning their medical care.
Our comprehensive panel is a detailed set of tests of 44-50 biomarkers designed to provide a broad overview of your overall health. This panel includes various biomarkers that help in assessing your thyroid function, sex hormone levels, complete blood count (CBC), lipid profile, and comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP).
Most consultations are completed through an online video consultation with your physician. However, if an in-person visit is deemed necessary, we will arrange a complimentary concierge visit to your home at your earliest convenience.
Some will immediately experience results while others may need several weeks or months to fine-tune their solution. We are all different on the inside, but your physician will create a plan specifically for you, monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
