Our Founder
Saad Alam
A few years ago, I was battling for my health. I was only 35, but felt much older. I was exhausted, gaining weight, struggled to focus, and wasn’t able to perform in bed.
My doctor told me it was just aging, but I knew there was more to it than that. And I didn’t want to decline in the same way I’d watch my father do. So I poured through research and talked to countless wellness experts. Eventually, after six months of seeing specialists and undergoing testing, I found answers.
Because of that experience, I’ve made it my life’s mission to provide honest conversations and science-backed information to help other people live better for longer.
