Beth Lipton is a journalist, recipe developer, and cookbook author who’s been writing about cooking, nutrition, and other health topics for over 15 years. She’s the former food director at Health magazine, and her work has appeared in editorial publications, including Food Network, Clean Eating, Well+Good, Sleep.com, The Kitchn, and more. She’s also worked with brands such as ButcherBox, Calibrate, and Primal Kitchen. Her most recent cookbook, Carnivore-ish, is available wherever books are sold. She lives in Brooklyn with her family and a rescue mutt from Albania.
