Tracy Middleton is the Editorial Director of Hone Health and The Edge. A health and wellness journalist with more than 20 years’ experience, she is the former Editor in Chief and Brand Director of Yoga Journal and former Health Director of Women’s Health. A returned ex-pat, she still uses the British pronunciation for certain words, much to the amusement of her colleagues.
