Dr. Kreipke (“Dr. K”) received his PhD in Exercise Physiology with a focus in Sports Nutrition in 2016 from Florida State University. During this time, his research focused on the efficacy of dietary interventions, such as nutritional supplementation and protein intake, and exercise on body composition, metabolism, and human performance.

More recently, Dr. K has expanded his research to include the role of various dietary ingredients to enhance other aspects of daily living, such as cognitive performance and general health. By staying up to date with the latest literature, Dr. K is able to apply the most current information when consulting with brands about cutting-edge supplement formulation strategies. His research further supports him when advising individual clients on nutritional and exercise strategies for optimal performance. Dr. K has made it his mission to report these findings by continuing to publish in both peer-reviewed and mainstream media and hold speaking engagements across the United States and international conferences.
