Leaked Emails Reveal Liver King Spends $11,000 a Month on Steroids

Fitness YouTuber More Plates More Dates is calling out his insanely expensive drug regimen, and he has the emails to prove it.

Brian Johnson, a 45-year-old influencer known as Liver King and the “CEO of the ancestral” lifestyle” may have gotten one thing wrong about our ancestors. Sure, plenty of them consumed raw meat, but it wasn’t with a side of steroids.

But that is how Liver King allegedly prefers his organs, according to a recent video posted by fitness YouTuber Derek Cole

This wasn’t the first time someone has called out Liver King’s unnatural musculature. Comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan has said that “he’s got an ass filled with steroids.”

But now Cole, the host of the popular self-improvement channel “More Plates More Dates” is de-throning his majesty with an hour-long video titled “The Liver King Lies.”

The clip shares more than speculation about Johnson juicing, including the use of IGF, CJC, Omnitrope, Decca, Winstrol, and Test cyp. Cole also has emails from May of last year from Liver King himself about his extensive steroid use—about $11,000 worth of performance-enhancing drugs a month. In the emails, Liver King asks that his omission remain confidential.

Although it’s hard to believe that anyone would leave such an incriminating paper trail, let alone send it to a competing fitness influencer, the sight of the Liver King’s torso alone makes it more believable.

Liver King’s Steroid Stack

According to the spilled tea, Liver King’s steroid cocktail is as extensive as it is expensive, and included PEDs (performance enhancing drugs) like IGF-LR1 (insulin like growth factor), CJC with impact factor (a synthetic peptide that can promote muscle growth, Ibutamoren (a chemical that increases growth hormone levels and insulin-like growth factor-1), Omnitrope (a pharmaceutical grade synthetic human growth hormone), Testosterone cypionate (an injectable form of testosterone used to treat low testosterone in guys who are deficient), Deca (Nandrolone decanote, an anabolic steroid), and Winstrol (an anabolic steroid also known as Stanozol).

Liver King leaked email
The leaked email, shared by More Plate More Dates on YouTube, allegedly from Liver King Brian Johnson, detailed which performance-enhancing drugs he was taking.

Sucking down this many PEDs comes with a hefty dose of danger. IGF-1 can cause damage to the heart, joints, and—ironically—liver. The Mayo Clinic warns anabolic steroids can cause infertility, breast tissue growth, prostate gland enlargement, and shrunken testicles

Liver King Responds

When confronted with the leaked emails, Liver King had an…interesting response.

“In a weird way, I’m grateful for the recent events that have shed light on this complicated-as-fuck topic,” Liver King said in a statement to The Daily Beast, also noting he hopes a mainstream podcast will have him on to discuss his ‘Ancestral Living’ schtick. Someone call Joe Rogan, we guess?

Update: He’s since confessed and apologized

A Safer Way to Build Muscle

There are healthier ways to build muscle without juicing. And we’re not just talking diet and exercise (though those are solid).

Testosterone replacement therapy can help you see gains if your body isn’t producing enough T on its own.

TRT is different from taking anabolic steroids, it’s safe, affordable, and effective (that’s why Larry Wheels made the switch).
