Who is Hone at Home?
Hone at Home is a female-led, nurse-led department on a mission to break down barriers for nurses entering aesthetics. We know nursing school never taught you how to launch a business — so we’re here to change that. Our goal is to empower nurses with the training, tools, and mentorship they need to build a thriving, independent aesthetics practice without the risk, confusion, or overwhelm of starting from scratch.
How does it work?
Hone at Home partners with nurses to help them launch their own mobile aesthetics and wellness business. You bring your skills and client relationships — we handle the training, medical oversight, EMR/booking platform, and business infrastructure. You’ll earn as you build your client base, with ongoing mentorship and support every step of the way.
How much do you pay?
You keep 50% of the revenue from every service you perform. During your first three months, while you’re building your client base, you’ll also receive $15/hour as a good-faith investment in your success.
How do I get started?
Simply submit an application. If selected, you’ll go through two interview rounds to make sure this is a great fit for both you and Hone at Home. Once approved, you’ll start your training, and we’ll guide you through launching your business with full support.

What out-of-pocket expenses am I responsible for?
Zero startup costs. We cover training, medical malpractice, EMR/booking software, and your medical supervisor. The only shared expense is supplies, which are split 50/50 between you and Hone at Home.
How much does training cost?
Nothing — it’s completely free. We provide a $2,000 nationally accredited training course plus our in-house curriculum that bridges textbook knowledge with real-world injection techniques. Training is a mix of in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning.

What services can I provide?
To start, you’ll be able to offer Xeomin® wrinkle treatments, Wellness IV Infusions, and a 40+ biomarker blood test — all from the comfort of your client’s home. These services are just the beginning. As your business grows, we’ll roll out additional treatments based on what your clients want most. You’ll have a direct voice in shaping your menu of services, so the future of your business truly reflects your vision and your community’s needs.
