What is biomarker testing?

Biomarker testing measures specific markers in your blood that reflect how your body is functioning. These markers include proteins, hormones, and other molecules linked to metabolism, nutrition, and disease risk. Biomarker testing provides data that clinicians use to assess your health and monitor changes over time.

What can biomarker testing detect?

Biomarker testing can identify early signs of health risks before symptoms appear. Certain biomarkers are linked to risks for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hormone imbalances, metabolic syndrome, and even some cancers. Measuring these markers helps guide earlier, more targeted clinical and lifestyle decisions.
