Alix Turoff M.S., R.D., C.D.N., C.P.T. is a registered dietitian nutritionist, NASM-certified personal trainer and entrepreneur. She holds a bachelor’s degree in “Media, Culture and Communications” and “Nutrition” from New York University and a master’s degree in “Clinical Nutrition” from New York University.
Alix is the founder of Alix Turoff Nutrition, where she helps clients to manage their weight and heal their relationship with food through nutrition therapy. Her private practice is 100 percent virtual. She meets with clients through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform which allows her to see clients all over the world. She also offers courses, group programs, and in-person events.
Alix’s approach to nutrition and fitness is all about finding balance. She teaches clients how to manage their weight while still enjoying a life of delicious food and drinks by using a “flexible dieting” approach.
