Elspeth Huyett comes from the world of professional cycling, where she raced for 20 years (and managed to win a National Championship). She’s an expert in cross-training, including running and lifting, as well as CrossFit and marathon training. She is still a Level 3 USA Cycling certified coach.

Huyett is also a longtime content strategist and writer, largely focusing on the realms in which she has expertise.
